Community | Leadership | Diversity

When I ran for Delaware City Council in 2021 I shared with our community that my focus for serving on City Council would be based soley on the shared issues that impact all residents. Now, having served our community for nearly 2 years I am PROUD to have worked on many of the economic and infrastructure initiatives that will continue to prepare Delaware for unprecedented growth.

Councilwoman At-Large Catlin Frazier

The Point Project

The groundbreaking for the Point Project took place on May 9, 2023. Councilwoman Frazier is alongside Mayor Carolyn Kay Riggle, Vice Mayor Kent Shafer, 3rd Ward Councilman Cory Hoffman and vital members of our city leadership and staff. The infrastructure improvements to the traffic area commonly referred to as "the point" will benefit the nearly 27,000 travelers per day who pass in and out of Delaware via the point.  I am grateful to the tireless work of our city staff that developed a plan for this project and City Council was able to approve.
